PROBLEM AND RECTIFY   -:

  1. Why INCOMER on which is according the Cercuit the pump module Dll Auxiliary Contacter and T1 on delay Timer Chartering ? (Date of problem - 29th April 2024)
  • Voltage unbalance, in my opinion, is the main cause of chartering.
  • The input and output voltages for the control transfer should be checked first. The stepdown output voltage is not constant at 250 volts AC, whereas the measured value of the input voltage of the Control Transfer is 415 volts AC.
  • Once more, after removing the wire used for the circuit at the Control Transfer output side. There is a 250V AC value.
  • Ultimately, the water level controller's sensor point is malfunctioning, according to the circuit, which results in an output NO NC point that is not functioning correctly and an inaccurate output voltage.
  • Once more, if you sort the data independently at water Level Controller, the sumpup will start up without a hitch. No point to Commn point of DLL Auxiliary Contacter and T1 on delay Timer.
